Online Booking
Geilo offers visitors a vast array of accommodation options, with everything from luxury hotels to cosy mountain lodges and self-contained apartments. On Geilo’s online booking service you can browse and book accommodation in and around Geilo. Each business is presented with a description of services and with pictures.
Bookings go directly through to the accommodation provider, and you will receive a confirmation email from them with your booking details.
You can also book holiday packages, activities and lift passes via our online booking service.
Cabins and Apartments
Cabins and apartments have set rental periods, and usually there is a bit more flexibility during the summer months. The available rental periods will be shown in your search and can vary between businesses.
Hotels and Mountain Lodges
Hotels and mountain lodges give more freedom to choose your arrival and departure dates. Weekend bookings in winter are generally Friday-Sunday only.
Payment
Payment is made directly to the accommodation provider and conditions and terms of payment will vary from business to business. Before you confirm your booking you will receive details about the terms of payment. All prices will be in NOK, for Currency Calculator go to X-rates.
Cancellations or changes
Cancellation rules and any fees will be set out in booking confirmation email under the terms of payment. Additionally, you can log on to “My Booking or “My Profile” to see booking details, changes or cancellations.
