The children love Geilo! Geilo is recognised to be a children’s paradise! You will find activities especially for children of all ages, both summer and winter, outdoors and indoors.    Pssst! The Adventure Card will provide you with special advantages at more than 30 activities throughout Hallingdal, Aurland, Lærdal and Hardanger. Weekly summer activities for children

Dr. Holms Hotel and Bardøla Høyfjellshotell offer special activities for Geilo's youngest guests. The children can choose from activities like bowling, forge a hook, rappelling and junior pastry shop.

Family safari

On the farm Langedrag, both young and old can wander around and experience the pleasures of petting domestic animals. Whilst in the Nature Park, you can encounter rare, wild animals such as wolves, lynx, and polar fox. There are 26 species on the farm, with a total of approx. 350 individuals, which include wolves, lynx, reindeer, artic fox, horses, goats, Telemark cattle, Highland cattle, Yak, Mouflon sheep, fowl, duck, geese, and rabbits. 

Frisbeegolf

At Geilo Fjellandsby you will find a six hole frisbeegolf course. Between 9am and 4pm in weekdays you can rent frisbees at Geilo Fjellandsby. Price: NOK 30 for one frisbee with map and scoredard.
 

Climbing wall

At Geilo Fjellandsby you can climb in safe surroundings. There is sand under so it's not hard to land if you fall down.
