Knuts Hyttegrend
From Knuts Hyttegrend you have easy access to the high mountains both in summer and winter.The trails wind their way up along the hilly, family-friendly terrain.
Passes idyllic fish waters, over the heath land that goes up to heights of about 1900 m. above sea level.
In the winter the cabins are in the middle of the cross country trails, you just have to to put on your skis and follow the trails into the mountains.
The trails are prepared. Nearby the Alpinesenter.
Some information about our cabins:
We offer large cabins with shower, toilet, wood-stove, radio and television. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and vacuum cleaner.
We also have cabins for 4 persons, stove /refrigerator, no running water. These cabins are used only during the summer.
We are open all year, and there is an all-year road to the cabins. (besides Fjellbu where in the winter it is a walk of about 50 m).
Cross-country trails and hiking trails are located near the cabins and it takes about 6-7 minutes to the nearest Alpinesenter.
Good fishing, ice fishing.
