About the Canoes: Hasle canoes feature three seats (ideal for two adults and one to two small children). Located directly west of Geilo Beach, the canoes are secured with a code lock. Refer to the attached photo and map for precise location details.
To find the canoes, head westward (to the right from the parking lot) from the parking area at Geilo Beach, along the gravel road by Ustedalsfjorden. The canoes can be easily launched from a small bay there.
Environmental Considerations: Ustedalsfjorden is a nesting area for many bird species, and we encourage visitors to exercise caution during the summer months by avoiding paddling into reeds and maintaining a respectful distance from bird nests.
