Food course with vegan food, gluten and milk free!

At beautiful Storestølen, in the middle between east and west, you can learn how to live well without gluten, milk, white sugar and soy! Now with vegan food and new recipes!
Anne Gørild and Tore Holtskog are hosts and offer beautiful nature, clean air and delicious food that is good for the body. Now they invite to weekend stays that provide knowledge and inspiration.

The course is held from 30 September to 3 October, high up in the mountains and in community with other like-minded people. Anne Gørild teaches you about the importance of food for health, and there are opportunities for consultation with her during your stay.
She performs vitamin and mineral analysis, quantum medicine treatment and provides dietary guidance. Chef Shiva will teach his secrets to great vegan food that tastes great!

The course is suitable for those of you who have been told that you should avoid gluten, milk or eat blood sugar stable food.
You who are interested in learning more about a life without gluten and milk and find it difficult to make it work in everyday life.
You who are interested in a diet that nourishes the brain.
You who have metabolic problems, an autoimmune disorder, are struggling with low energy or pain.

Throughout the weekend, we will focus on the importance of food for good health.

You get an introduction to what is a balanced diet and how you can use this when you get home.
You will see that this is easy!
You just need to be shown the basics and then put it into practice.
Then you get the security you need and you see that it is much easier than you had imagined!

And so much good we are going to make!
We dare say that during the weekend you will enjoy yourself more than you have done for a long time and your taste buds will be teased in new and old ways!

In the kitchen we bake the simplest bread available!
In addition, we make crispbread, rolls and biscuits.
And cakes! Both raw food and the ones you put in the oven!

Common to the recipes is that they are simple and the ingredients are easily available.
If you have children, you get tips for many good and simple recipes that appeal to little palates!

Anne Gørild O Holtskog is a naturopath and quantum medicine.
Owns and operates Storestølen Fjellhotell and has for the past 12 years worked as a therapist with a strong focus on diet and nutrition.
Anne Gørild has experience from working with a treatment program for children with behavioral or learning difficulties and has in this connection helped families to change their diet to a diet without gluten, milk and white sugar.

The course is held at Storestølen Fjellhotell. It serves food made from scratch without gluten, milk, white sugar and soy.

There are fantastic views, great hiking opportunities and rooms that are shielded from radiation and suitable for electricity-sensitive people!
